Our founder, Niloo Mirani, has dedicated her career to the world of food and is a leading authority in innovation, marketing and brand management. With over 15 years of experience, Niloo has launched multi-million-dollar brands and startups, but her passion has always been working with small brands.
Growing up, Niloo helped her immigrant parents run restaurants, cafes and delis, and one thing became clear early on: the lack of accessible resources for small businesses. Often, these small brands had the best, most authentic, and most delicious products—but they lacked the guidance needed to launch successfully and market their offerings effectively.
At Mirani & Co., we’re changing that. We’re making expert branding, marketing, and business strategy accessible by using a personalized approach and working lean and efficiently. We LOVE a good transformation and believe it’s never too late to create the brand of your dreams.
